Tasting notes
Terroir: Single plot facing south, at the top of Coteaux. Soil dominated by limestone. Organic. Fermentation in 500 liter barrels at low temperature, regular stirring of the lees controlled by tasting. Aging in barrels for 9 months.
Tasting: Pale yellow color with green reflections. Discreet, precise, straight nose, marked by white flowers of honeysuckle and acacia, as well as notes of flint. The attack on the palate is straight, clean and tense. The floral notes are present, mixed with notes of exotic fruits such as passion fruit and pineapple. A long and fresh finish.
