Can I buy one bottle?

YES – You don’t need to buy a case to be able to place your order with SIYPS. As sommeliers, we know you might want only one or two bottles for a dinner with friends and this is a service we provide. You can buy one bottle and still avail of free delivery if your purchase exceeds €120.

Can I mix cases?

YES – SIYPS encourages you do to so. When you buy a case of 6 or 12 bottles, you can mix and match the different wines we have from the different regions and countries.

Do you only sell online?

YES – We are an Internet company based in Dublin, Ireland. We only sell wine online but we organise events and pop-ups to meet you and bring our wines to you.

I’m 16 years old, can I buy wine?

NO – Our policy is really strict about the legal age to purchase alcohol. When you place your order with SIYPS, you are confirming that you are above the legal age, according to the law in your country. If at any stage, our couriers are doubtful you are over the legal age, they are required to ask for proof of age. In the Republic Of Ireland or Northern Ireland, it is illegal to sell or supply wines to persons under the age of 18 years old.

Delivery

My order is a gift, can I add a note to the delivery?

YES – You can ask our staff to add a hand written note to your order. We’ll make sure the person receiving your gift of wine receives your personalised message in the delivery, and without any invoice. This service is free of charge.

Can I deliver wine to my office?

YES – Your order can be delivered wherever you want it to be delivered – at your office, at your home, or to a neighbour. Someone above the legal age to purchase alcohol will have to sign to collect the order.

Can I amend the delivery address last minute?

YES – The courier will deliver your order during office hours, Monday to Friday. If you think you will not be home you can elect to have it delivered to a work address or a friend or neighbour. If the courier misses you, an advice slip will be left so you can make arrangements to collect your wine.

Do you ship wine abroad?

YES – SIYPS can send you any bottle or case you want to your home. Delivery fees may vary according to the country you want the wine to be shipped to and the number of bottles you want to purchase. You can ask our staff about delivery fees if you want to get wine delivered in countries other than the Republic Of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

I live abroad, can I get free delivery?

NO – Free delivery is available for any purchase over €120. This service is only applicable for a delivery in the Republic Of Ireland, or Northern Ireland. For any enquiries about delivery fees, please contact our staff.

Wine Club Members

Can I buy Rare Wines if I’m not a Member?

NO – Rare wines by their nature have very limited availability and as such are exclusive to SIYPS Wine Club members. It’s our policy to reserve these very rare wines for our members.

I live abroad, can I be a member to SIYPS Wine Club?

YES – SIYPS is based in Dublin, Ireland, but as a wine community we are very proud to welcome any new member from any country. As a member of SIYPS Wine Club you will get exactly the same benefits if you live in the Republic Of Ireland, Northern Ireland or any other country.

I am a member of SIYPS Wine Club, can I send wine to my friends?

YES – You can change the delivery address if you want the wine to be shipped to family, a friend, or a neighbour. SIYPS rewards you if one of your friends, family members, colleague, or neighbour joins the SIYPS Wine Club. As soon as that person processes their first order, you will receive wine worth €40, based on your tastes.

I am a member of SIYPS Wine Club, can I resign my membership?

YES – SIYPS Wine Club is a community of wine lovers, we organise tastings, master classes, events, and pop-ups for our members and their guests. SIYPS Wine Club rewards you once a year with wine worth €120, according to your tastes and with a rewarding program. If you decide to leave the club, you can do it at anytime, but you will loose all the benefits membership affords you.
