Tasting notes
Chignin Bergeron is a white wine with spicy and candied notes on the nose. Elegant, rich and balanced attack with aromas of apricot, white peach, quince in the mid-palate. Lovely minerality in the finish.

Domaine Fabien Trosset
The soils at the foot of the Bauges massif in the Alps are of clay-limestone type bringing to the vine quantity of nutrients very beneficial to the quality of the grapes. We distinguish two types of soils. On one hand, rich and deep soils based on limestone, sandy-silt, and red clay. On the other hand, poor and shallow soils, stony, based on schist and mica schist with sandy-clay, where the vine roots reach deep down into the rock to draw water and nutrients.
