Tasting notes
Campania Core Rosso is a fragrant red wine with aromas reminiscent of the south of Italy - spices, ripe red fruits, and wild herbs. Elegant, fruity and spicy attack where the fruits are well balanced by some ripe tannins and a lovely acidity. Elegant and powerful finish.
Italy
Campania
Campania is one of Italy's oldest wine region. Vineyards are located in southern Italy around the city of Naples. Rustic and tannic red wines based on Aglianico requiring ageing are left over by new producers. The use of new techniques enhance the quality of the production. White wine varieties like Fiano and Greco produce refreshing wines.
Moderate to warm maritime climate
Quinta do Ameal
The location, the granite soils, the characteristic climate of the region together with agricultural practices that respect nature – result in unique wines, with character and capacity for evolution that reflect the different expressions of the Loureiro variety.
