Tasting Notes
7 Fuentes opens with an aromatic expression of cherry, and red plums, with crushed-rocks and black pepper in the background. Juicy, fresh, and lively attack, followed by notes of red fruits, vivid acidity, and spicy flavors in the finish.
Spain
Canary Islands
Canary Islands are located in the North Atlantic Ocean, off the west coast of Morocco. This Spanish archipelago offers a wide range of wines from local indigenous grapes. The volcanic soils of the Canary Islands contributes to the uniqueness of taste and aromas of the wines with rustic minerality.

Moderate continental climate with maritime influence
Suertes del Marqués
The soils in Canary Islands are influenced by the massive volcano of El Teide. This region is situated off the north African coast. Most of the vineyards climb the lower slopes of El Teide and benefit from cooler climates, higher level of rainfall and/or water. Soils vary, with sand and clay in deep patches, but Teide’s volcanic base is always present in all the vineyards. Volcanic soils offer a great minerality to wines.
