A Passionate Lineage
Pusole is a family business run by the fourth generation. The land is dry-farmed and there is no use of chemical pesticides nor fertilizers. Here, weed control is of the courtesy of flocks of sheep. In the cellar also, Pusole follows a production philosophy which aims at preserving the true character of the wines, shaped by the soil and the vintage, by only using indigenous yeasts. This organic estate is devoted to producing cannonau (local name for Grenache) that highlights the diversity of the terroirs. Recently a new grape has been planted by the family - Vermentino.
