A Passionate Lineage

In the cellar also, Pusole follows a production philosophy which aims at preserving the true character of the wines, shaped by the soil and the vintage, by only using indigenous yeasts. This organic estate is devoted to producing cannonau (local name for Grenache) that highlights the diversity of the terroirs. Recently a new grape has been planted by the family - Vermentino.
